15 June 2018: Apart from milling parts, Lemmens Metalworking also supplies many turning parts or a combination of these products. Because we really wanted to take a step forward in our turning department, we chose to purchase a new lathe of the Nakamura brand. This Japanese manufacturer is known for the accuracy and stability of the lathe on which milling operations can also be carried out. After the summer holidays, the Robojob loading robot and the bar feeder will be attached to this machine. Partly because the machine is equipped with new tooling from Sandvik “Coromant Capto Quick Change System”, tooling can be changed quickly and we are better able to produce a wide variety of parts in a high-quality manner.
